My inspiration came simply from my love of food and my passion for delivering excellence. Catering with a twist really excites me, and I love nothing more than preparing great food for my guests.

The menu is designed around dishes that cater for all, whether you’re looking for something meaty and satisfying or just a simple tasty snack. My favourites are the bratwurts and steak sandwiches, which I can assure you are nothing short of mouth-watering!
